2004 Blockbuster: I, Robot starring Will Smith

I, Robot is a science fiction action film starring Will Smith, Bridget Moynahan, and Alan Tudyk. The film came out in 2004 and was directed by Alex Proyas.

The film is loosely based on the collection of short stories written by Isaac Asimov (I, Robot) which came out in 1950.

This film is a great blockbuster with high-tail action sequences and a story that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Will Smith can add this movie to his long resume of great action movies he has starred in (Men In Black trilogy, Independence Day, etc.).

What is the plot for this movie? Detective Del Spooner (Smith) goes on a dangerous and ominous mystery case to find out who murdered a robotics scientist. During the mist of this, evil forces gather to hatch a horrible plan to unleash upon the Human Race.

The movie’s soundtrack does a great job conveying the messages and themes throughout the movie. The acting is well-rounded and every actor gives it their all. The special effects involving the robot Sonny (Tudyk) and the future of 2035 are excellently done considering the fact this movie was made in the early 2000s.

This movie has great action, a compelling plot, good quality acting, and durable special effects.

The movie will have a final rating of: 7.8 out of 10.
