Snatch and over head squat

first snatch is a high hang snatch starting from the top of your thighs. The second snatch is called a hang snatch starting from right above your knees. Your knees are pushed back not all the way straight but has a little bent to them. The last element I do is called an over head squat. Your hands are in wide grib, the same grib you do for snatches and you do a full squat.
