Healthy habits include anything that can be done to benefit your physical, mental, or emotioal well-being. These simple things frame a healthy life.

More than 97% of Americans admit to an unhealthy lifestyle. Bad habits its what can make for an unhealthy lifestyle. It only takes 21 days to form a new habit. what you eat directly affects the structure and function of your brain, and ultimately your mood for the day. Eating foods with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants  nourishes the brain.
