3 EASY STEPS TO GETTING HEALTHY HAIR

Creating a hair regimen is just as important in your hygiene routine. For luscious, healthy hair here is an easy INEXPENSIVE DIY hair mask (use weekly) .

 

 

 

STEP 1: GRAB YOUR MATERIALS.

  • 1 AVOCADO
  • 1/4 CUP OF OLIVE OIL
  • 1 TBS OF LEMON JUICE

start off with hair that is about two or three days old. (the natural oils in from your hair will help to enhance the natural antioxidants in this hair mask). mix and mash your mask until it is a chunky/creamy consistency.

STEP 2: thoroughly spread the mixture throughout your hair, massaging it from the roots of your hair to the tips. (yes, it does get messy, but it will be worth it in the long run) don’t worry about the chunks, they will wash out and absorb into your hair! :

  • Let this sit in your hair for about 30minuets- 1hour, depending on the texture of your hair. If you want a subtle shine, leave it in for less time- but if your hair is more damaged and dry at the ends like mine, about 45minuets will be perfect.

Once washed, towel dry your hair to remove the remaining moisture- and style as desired. Personally, when doing a hair mask I like to let my hair naturally air-dry instead of applying heat.
